Please Contribute to Save South County Hospital

 Save South County Hospital is a volunteer group of local citizens determined to restore accountability at our community hospital. We formed last year in response to leadership that dismisses staff input, a Board of Trustees unresponsive to community concerns, and a management team pushing its own agenda in a vacuum and echo chamber.

We have tried negotiating to no avail. We will not be intimidated. We are calling for a leadership change—exactly what any responsible organization would do. 

 In an effort to silence us, hospital trustees and leadership sued our group for exposing the exodus of doctors and providers who can no longer endure an intolerable work environment. Despite over 2,000 community members supporting us, hospital leadership and trustees have mounted a misleading public relations campaign and used a contrived donation-related issue to threaten us. 

We need your financial help to save our hospital.  In the upcoming days and months, Save South County Hospital will need to spend significant money to:

• Right the management and Board ship;
• Defend the spurious lawsuit the Hospital has filed against us and one of our beloved volunteers; and
• Enable broader advocacy—including political and lobbying efforts—so we can keep fighting for responsible hospital leadership. 

We are a 501(c)(4) nonprofit social welfare organization, so contributions to us are not tax deductible.
